Can someone say what wai wai is?

Because my girlfriend use it as a word, but we both are anxious to know what it is and where we took it from? Is it a company is it a slangword?

please inform me if anyone has any information about this funny cute word😊

Not sure about the origin, but my friends say "わーい、わーい!" when they're excited about something. Kind of like "yaaay!"

And me and my girlfriend use the word for saying yay! ow dear! pity!

it has many meanings it fits everywhere :p

Wai Wai lane is a section of the site mainichi, but does the word mainichi means something? :o
 
I also use Wai, when im very happy :LOL:
I think it's used to express your happy feelings.

Wai wai gives the appearance of something you're talking about being lively or exciting.

Mainichi is the name of a newspaper (also means 'every day' of course). 😊:p
 
Lol i have always associated the Wai Wai section on the Mainichi site as just the section where all the gossip, slanderous, sick and weird/wacky news stories go :) .
 
Im quite sure it is not Armenian, but in Armenian it would mean something like "Oh dear" or "My my". But the i at the end would be stressed.
