Versailles

It seems that Versailles only considered a female audience when they decided on perfume for the Aesthetic Violence goody item. A more useful, uni-sex signature item would have been better. For example, a nice pewter cross with the floral Versailles logo running horizontally, and the engraved name of the member running vertically; similar to what Malice Mizer did for that Cathedral box some years ago.
In any case we really can't complain, not when you consider the other things that Versailles considered putting in there. And having said that.... here are the..

Top Ten Rejected Items For Aesthetic Violence

10. Ceremonial dagger with very slippery handle. To be brought to lives and waved about.

9. Versailles "Shout and Bites". small chards of glass inside delicious microwaveable pizza pockets.

8. Versailles travel-size chess set.
Kamijo is the King
Hizaki is the Queen
Jasmine is the Knight
Yuki the Bishop
Teru is the Rook
and the Pawns are all fans.

7. Kamijo's new pocket-sized guidebook "Bonjour Honey, Welcome to Versailles, and 98 Other Catchy Phrases For Visual Bands."

Hmm, you're right that perfume is more appealing to female fans, which contradicts what they said before that they want to target a wider audience. But maybe some versions of the frangrances are for men but we can't really tell at all by just looking at the box. They've probably got their own reasons by choosing to give perfume than anything else. :]

In my eyes the perfumes were one of the best things to give as a gift to fans, but I guess that's only cause I'm a girl and I love perfume...
 
Well, I try to amuse.
Actually, I was debating buying the Hizaki AV just because he's so damn cute. But then I thought... there's going to be tons of stuff, maybe even photobooks, so i can just wait. And speaking of "stuff"... OMG the Hizaki photos in the Curse of Virgo CD booklet are way too sexy. The black goth outfit is sizzling, and the pics of him with his hair up are teeth grittingly HOT! Photoshop aside... he's a babe!!

In terms of PV, I prefer The Revenant Choir to Shout and Bites. Shout and Bites burns my eyeballs...

But I like all their songs, don't worry ^_^
 
Shouts and Bites kinda moves too fast for me.....(isn't making any sense)
The Revenant Choir is my favourite for now (we'll see when new one comes out). The intro always sends chills down my spine...
