Do both 竹下通りに多くの店がある and 原宿の名物となっている modify 食べ物?

2) 日本の各地で「温泉を発見した」という伝説がある仏教のお坊さんは、誰ですか？
Here, it seems obvious to me that 日本の各地で「温泉を発見した」という伝説がある modifies 仏教のお坊さん. Ignoring the 誰ですか part, if I want to make it into a stand-alone sentence, would it become something like this : 本の各地で「（ある）仏教のお坊さんが温泉を発見した」という伝説がある
