I've had some very kind help from people on this forum so I just thought I'd take the time to put a little back. There are a couple of sites I've found or been directed to that are really useful, they are:
POPjisyo.com - Dictionary Translation Japanese/Chinese/Korean/Kanji/Hanzi
An interesting translation site, rather than translating the whole page it just translates whatever you're hovering your mouse over, very clever.
kanjiworld.com
The best kanji site I've yet seen, most useful of all for me, it lists the level of the JLPT test that any kanji is at.
Hope people find these as useful as I do -- cheers.
