use of TEMO

hi again
i need little help about this word ( TEMO )
i want to ask that how can this word can help us to speake japanese
like we can say
mado o akete ii desu ka ? ( may i open the window )
but we add temo after the word ( akete )like
mado o AKETEMO ii desu ka ? ( may i open the window )
my question is why we add temo ?
in simple difference between simple word akete and aketemo
( shimaeTEMO )
and what does TSUKETEMO and tometemo mean ?

It isn't "adding temo". It is the -te form of the verb plus the particle "mo".

Dropping the "mo" from this pattern is possible in more casual speech.

When you hear stuff like "tsuketemo" and "tometemo" (とっても？), you need to give the full sentence at least (especially if it's something you heard in an anime and aren't 100% sure of). It's like telling someone you heard the word "jam" without saying where - raspberry jam, a paper jam, a jam session, jam on the brakes...
