I'm Jessy, but everyone at Umbrella-Inc forums calls me Becca. ^_- I'm new here, so uh... "Hi" I am now a proud member of TWO message boards, (www.umbrella-inc.com and now here). I get nervous in new places and this is my first day, so please work with me here. Oh, and I like these smilies they're adorable. Okay, so now for a little information about me:

I'm 17 years old, I'll be 18 about three weeks (Yeh! Go me! ), I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri; USA. I just got my permit last month and I'm getting my drivers license sometime next month (I hope. ) I think I'm using too many smilies, but can't help it cause I think they're so cute! ^_^

I would like to admit right now that I'm a lezbo, I'm not ashamed of it, and hope I won't get banned or anything like that for it. I have a girlfirend and her name is Melissa. She's a sweetheart. ^_^

I spend all of my free time online, playing video games, writing stories ( ), reading, listening to celtic and traditional Japanese meditation music cause both calm my nerves. I love horror movies and basically anything with blood... so I'm a major fan of any Manga/Anime with lots of blood in it, and video games like Resident Evil (Hence the name and sig) and Fatal Frame. ^_^

I think that's really all I have to say for now... if anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

Celtic music helps me relax and I've found out recently that traditional Japanese music helps me fall asleep easily... I found that out this morning when I fell asleep taking a bath (which I've never done in my live before then).

soft gee as in germ, not gate.
mash should rhyme with 'wash', only with an 'm' at the start
te should rhyme with 'may' (as in the month)

hajimemashite is a greeting, kind of like "how do you do?" or "nice to meet you"..

Pronouncation should be the least of your worries, because the language itself is very phonetical for the most part. Just learn the syllables and you'll be set.

The people at the other message board I go to aren't quite as... welcoming... they prefer to lay down the rules and scare everyone with threats of banning when they mess up before sending them on their merry way to roam around... and there are a few members who have habits of licking newbies...

The licking isn't really all that bad, but having someone threaten you with a banning just because you don't know what forums to post in isn't exactly the kind of welcome that would make someone wanna stay. Some of the members aren't that bad, a quick hello then they're off to flame someone in the cesspool (room for arguing, flaming and other such things), but almost everyone is off somewhere ranting about how much they hate newbies. The only problem I have is with the newbies who can't seem to spell in any language other then ebonics.

I just read your profile. Wow, 16 schools? You seem pretty well-adjusted. I went to 6 different schools during grades K thru 6 and I thought I'd go insane.

I grew up in NYC but went to college at Iowa, just north east of where you are in Kansas.
