You can buy that and the other Ghibli films at about 5 to 7 quid now from HMV.

I have the full Ghibli collection, and yea film4 had a Ghibli week not so long back where they showed all the Ghibli films.

Reccomend watching Tales from Earthsea though if you have time to nip to the cinema.

Non of our local cinemas have bothered to show Earthsea, which I am most annoyed at. There seems to be an attitude of "If it is not hollywood, don't show it" I'll have to look to see if it is at a local arts centre.
The entire collection, does that include Umi ga kikoeru, Ocean waves or I Can Hear the Sea in English? Not available in the UK. I had to get mine from ebay.
