How do you translate these 2 phrases

1. 憂さ晴らしのいけにえになる

2. 気を利かせてやれ

thanks

1. 憂さ晴らしのいけにえになる
1. Since I'm not native in english, I'm not sure if there is a regional translation that keeps the same meaning, but for a matter of making it universal it means "to become a scapegoat(or smth) only for distraction/diversion" like a chess peon that you offer as a sacrifice with something greater in mind

2. 気を利かせてやれ
2. Is a little bit harder, but i can make it rough by saying "do the right thing/do the tactful thing"

Experienced input will enlighten me as well (Tori/Nekojita)

As for #2, it's often used as something like "Go out and leave them(lovers) alone."
