Translation proof-reading please?

今日百年日どんな遊星何でもマジックね。
kyou hyaku nen nichi donna yuusei nandemo majikku ne

I roughly translated this line in the series "Sonic X" episode 53 roughly 4 minutes into the episode.
nandemo could be "nen darou" but I am unsure.

So far what I got is:
Today is one-hundred years, its so magical we get to see a Planet, right!

Any helpful advice on this please?

Gohyaku nen ni ichido no ryuuseiu nante romanchikku yo nee.

Thank you, I am on a goal to improve my listening skills so I can understand what I hear :3

Are there any suggestions you can make or advice about listening to Japanese media?
Currently I am using Japanese subs (not english) to understand the dialogue and kana so I can accurately hear what I am hearing, not what I THINK I am hearing :3

Are there any forms of listening comprehension you could suggest?

All I would suggest is to go back and listen to those things again without the subtitles, so that you can focus more on the sounds, once you know what they're saying. I think you've got a good plan there.
