Translation of Photo Info Board

Hello members,

I'm currently learning Japanese, and a longside this, am researching about a steam locomotive which is in Japan.

I've come across a high resolution photo of an information board at the place where the loco is the based, and although I've tried my best to translate what I can, I'm struggling especially with the Kanji!

I wondered if someone on hear is willing to have a look at it for me and translate it fully?

I don't have enough posts to post links, but if someone who is willing could PM their email address, I'll send forward the photo.
