Translation needed

This is a picture I just discovered..might be Mitsiko's (or Mitsuko)father. The bottom of his picture has E. Osawa then under has Nihonbahsi. The back has writing on it...I have been researching, but kinda difficult for me. I am going to try to attach it with this posting. Thanks

I'm not really sure, but the two far right kanji look like a name with the combination MI （三）and perhaps a character for "SA" (accding to my dictionary, fishing spear or gaff) or "sate" which most likely isn't used anymore.

Hopefully someone else can help to hammer out the main line. Good luck !
