as far as i know, i suppose there is someing wrong with the pinyin given above. should it be 'shuodechu zuodedao'? in chinese is '说得出,做得到', which means you keep your words and get what you said done. This phraes can be used on a person who keeps a good promise. For example, Bill siad that he would finish his job within a week and he really did it, thus you can say:"Bill是一个守信用的人,他说得出,做的到!"
