Would all the sentences be commonly used?
(a) It's going to be fine tomorrow.
(b) It will be fine tomorrow.
(c) Tomorrow is going to be fine.
(d) Tomorrow will be fine.

I think it may rain.

Thanks for the help, Wonko. Hi, Mike.
Which would be the most common? Are there any differences between any of them?
Hirashin

In isolation they are all equal.

I would only add, that without extra context in the conversation, a) and b) sound like they are talking more about the weather, whereas c) and d) sound more like they are in response to a question on whether or not 'something' not necessarily weather related will be ok tomorrow.

If you want to make all the sentences work perfect for talking about the weather, I suggest replacing the word "fine" with the word "nice".

But this is being extremely critical, grammatically all the sentences you posted are fine.

Thanks for your help, chingwa. By the way, your screen name sounds like Chinese. Do you know Chinese?

I can speak a few sentences of Cantonese, but that's all. I do have an affinity for frogs though, and thus my username :)
