Hello, native English speakers,
(a) My sister jogs every morning to lose weight.
(b) My sister jogs every morning to decrease her weight.

I think (a) woud be OK. But how about (b)?

(b) might be grammatically correct but it's not something a native speaker would say.
 
I see. One of my students wrote (b). I couldn't judge whether it is used or not. Thank you, mdchachi.
