Yes Halfus, but I applied through the Embassy Recommendation Process (for Graduate Studies in Electrical Engineering). But until today, there are no results-release by the embassy (but I received a mail from a professor from the lab I applied in November).

Hello guys.
I just found this forum by accident and decided to post here for the first time.
I have applied to Titech too and have done the interview in the last week of December. The professor said that the result will be given to me at the end of January or the beginning of February. I hope I can join you all who have been accepted.

What bout interview, ive asked my friend who applied for phd either... He said that, it depends on lab of course and prof... But some professors can accept without interview test.. I mean that it's enough to get only their consent) maybe that's why i didnt get any message bout interview test...

2008? I am from Information System and Technology (wondering must reply in english or not, hahaha). Do you ask your professor or the professor email you first? I just wondering if I must ask my professor or not because during interview I already told that it will be long time until the result is out.

In my case, the professor is very kind to send me an email first about when the result will be informed to me because during the interview, the professor was not sure when the result will be out

pledge statement? i think i haven't told to do that. i only told thatvi must send a confirmation email to my professor and to IPISE.

Yes, I only got a document that said I need to send a confirmation email whether I will attend titech or not to my future advisor and to the program's office (in my case it's IPISE's office), and it should be no later than 1 Feb 2014. The official announcement will be in March, which we will get a letter of acceptance by post, not by email. According to my friend, they will send a pledge statement along with the LoA and we need to sign, scan, and send it by email to Titech's Admission Office.
