It maybe only a couple of question where note taking is really needed but it not always easy to tell which ones those are. How to take notes since I find it difficult to pick out the conversation when trying to write? Do you have any tips? Also complete list of quick response handling would be appreciated- I know most of them anyway. Thanks in advance.
