Thinking about moving, and some questions

Like the title said, I'm thinking about moving. But the apartment I'm currently in, I had sign a 2 years contract, but I will be moving out after 1 year staying here. So any of you guys knows what to expect? And theres a few damage to the floor, so will they cut it from the deposit or I have to pay on my own? + the deposit will not come back anyhow.

Considering that I'm a student, I can't afford of getting a new apartment since I need to pay a lot upfront. So I'm thinking about going to those Guest Houses or Shared Apartment. I do have a few sites I'm browsing right now, but If anyone know any good site/place that they have good experience at, or cheap enough for a student, I would appreciate if anyone would post some recommendation. 1 more year till graduation, so I'm thinking of 1 year stay.

Anything would help.

Grammar aside, how are we supposed to know what that means?

Leave the contract early, and expect to lose your security deposit. Do your utter best to leave the place spotless, regardless.

Considering you are leaving halfway through your lease- not even CLOSE to the end, and you have damaged the floor- expect to lose any money they are holding. You may even be charged for the floor, based on the extent of the damage.

It really depends on what stipulated in your contract.
If there's a special clause for 窶兒ﾅ?ﾃｺ窶ｰﾃｰ窶禿ｱﾋ?｡窶禿ｱ窶ｹﾃ? (tanki kaiyaku iyakukin/penalty for cancellation of contract before due), you should find how much you should pay. (It varies from the deposit ~ a few months' rent, maximum the rent until the 2 years contract is up....)

As for the damage, if the repair cost is within the deposit, it will be deducted from the deposit. If it is more than that, you'll be charged separately.

I apologize for the bad grammar and for any unclear details.
What I meant by the "a few damage" is the damaged done by the chair's wheel/roller(?). Mostly scratches on the floor caused by moving the chair while sitting on it.
