I would like to inform you that the weather today and tomorrow would be terrible in the Southern part of Kyushu Island in Japan.
This island is located just west of Shanghai in China across the East China Sea.
As you know, I have frequently and bitterly criticized the central and local governments for their conspiracy.
This time, yesterday, I made a business appointment for July 4th. Then the weather began to change and finally the weather report began to say that there would be enormous heavy rain on 3rd and 4th in the Southern Kyushu Island. I thought it was a blatant conspiracy. For me, it was not the first conspiracy experience.
Whenever I make a business appointment, it rains on that day. Many Japanese now recognize that the weather pattern is strange nowadays. The size of raindrops is bigger than it used to be. The sound of rainfall is bigger than the past.
Nowadays, the Japanese government has mobilized its navy, private shipping companies, Maritime Safety Agency vessels and other secret organizations to manipulate the weather, particularly rainfalls, typhoons, earthquakes and so on. That conspiracy is not only around Japan but also throughout the world.
I have provoked the governments, but there are some purposes. One of them is to check carefully the weather control by the governments. They are very pervert. They don't neglect me, instead they make a conspiracy in a large scale.
This kind of conspiracy is beyond imagination. Just for that reason, they feel safe all the time. They can retort any criticism, saying "You are crazy".
I couldn't realize this trick for many years, but, thanks to internet communication with other victims, I finally found the fact.
There are other proofs for their conspiracy. In some weather report web sites, you can see radar visions of clouds. And so far I have often found that clouds appeared in a certain point, then spread and are flown by the wind. I learned the geography and weather system in the past and I was always concerned about the move of clouds.
This time, I would like people throughout the world to watch carefully the weather reports and radar images around Kyushu Island.
But, of course, the governments would change their conspiracy scenario this time. Maybe, they would give up.

To make matters worse, those weather control is said to be carried out by using huge amount of dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide) and other chemical materials.
