They show up fine here in the US. It must be location specific. But on the other hand, I'm asked to sign in to show that I'm not a bot. I do not sign in to YouTube for any reason, so I can't watch them any more for the time being.

Ok, thanks! Usually, YT indicates that a video is unavailable in a particular country. It works on Opera VPN, even without being logged in.
