Hello, native English speakers, would someone help me?
I'm not sure about how to use "the last person". Can all the sentences
below be used?
1a) Mary is the last person (whom) I want to come to the party.
1b) Mary is the last person (whom) I would want to come to the party.
1c) Mary would be the last person (whom) I want to come to the party.
1d) Mary would be the last person (whom) I would want to come to the party.

2c) Tom is the last person to betray others.
2d) Tom is the last person who betray others.
2c) Tom is the last person who would betray others.
2d) Tom would be the last person to betray others.
2e) Tom would be the last person who betray others.
2f) Tom would be the last person who would betray others.

Thanks for the help, Wonko. Oh, I made a mistake. I should have put 2a and 2b for the first 2c and 2d.

What should be 2b should read "Tom is the last person to (who) betray others" and 2e should read "Tom would be the last person to (who) betray others. All others sound correct except for use of (whom).
