Hello.

My name is Patrick. I'm currently a programming student but since I'm more interested in Japanese culture I've decided to start studying Japanology since next year.

Well there's probably not much I can say about myself really. Besides there's already enough information in my profile so feel free to comment on it if you want.

As the lone sun faithfully rises up over the peaks to the east, casting the very meaning of splendidness upon the towering Japan Alps to the west, I sit here at the PC in my house, with the natural--sub and super--all building up inside me to shout out a big WELCOME TO JREF !!

I hope that you will not be alone here, on the forum that touches to the very heart of Japan, and a few other things. Just make yourself at home, and enjoy the conversation--you can learn a lot even before you take up your studies.
