Tenrikyo

I have some friends who are missionaries in England on behalf of the Tenrikyo faith in Japan. At first I thought that it was strange, having missionaries from Japan coming here but then we do send a lot to Japan!

Can anybody tell me anything of Tenrikyo's popularity in Japan and how widely it is practised there?

BTW, that site above isnt from tenrikyo, its not a good article to read, whoever wrote it is kinda agaisnt it...
