i search for a translation of 'teenagers', and found the above three translations. are there any differences between the three? the only difference that i can see is 十代の子供 is younger than 十代の若者 (because of 子供 and 若者), and 未成年者 specifically refers to minors. can all three be used to refer to a 17 years old? can 十代 be used on its own for 'teenagers'? what other translations are there?

First of all, keep in mind that the idea of 'teenager' does not exist in the same way it does in English. "Teen" simply isn't in the language.

I might use 十代の若者 or more likely 青年, although 青年 is maybe 15-25.

If I see it at all it would probably be ティーン エージャー or 十代（十台）（の子）。。。

Most talk refers to "young people," though, not narrowing it to a set age group : "若者、若い人。。
