Doesn't quite work like that...
Teachers and tutors that teach you the entire language or at least to some degree you have to pay a good deal of money for. You won't learn the language through just websites either.
I recommend you take a class in Japanese to start with, self study you can learn a decent amount as well. I would get the Genki book series for starts, but it takes a great deal of dedication and many years to learn Japanese. Check the schools and colleges in your area for Japanese class and do a google for Genki.
