What do the letters "T", "B" and "O" of TBO (Japanese company that made parts of old school japanese import cars)?

I Tried Google......
the only thing I could see was Time Between Overhauls which seem to pertain to aircraft more than cars. I hope someone has the right answer. My best guess would be an abbreviation for TURBO?

Oops I should have proof read my post .. TBO made "parts" FOR old school japanese imports. TBO aerodynamics (front lips / tails) were popular on 200ZRs. The company has gone out of business ..
I've googled and used other search engines too .. I figured if I went to enough forums, someone .. might have a connection w/someone back in the old days ... ha ha!
