That's not true. Just because they wanted to suprise their audience doesn't make them stuck up. It just means they wanted to do something special. They don't expect the world to love them, they don't give a f**k if we like them or not. They aren't the kind of annoying artists who SAY they don't care but really care MORE then most. They really don't give a f**k that most people seem to think they're s**t. And I respect that in them. However I care when people think they're s**t.
And I would argue that the t.A.T.u. girls are beautiful, and I don't just mean that physically either. I both think they are attractive and have an inner beauty, something inside them that inspires. You guys probably think I'm off my rocker, you probably think I'm stupid and immature for truly loving them so much, don't you? Don't try and say otherwise I know you're thinking it to some degree. But I don't care. I really do believe these girls have something special, I think it's sad hardly anyone else here seems to be able to see it.
I don't know why I'm this protective of them but I am. I think people just need to shut the f**k up about them and stop spewing all this nasty s**t about them that isn't true. Know an artist before you bash them people. You can't say, "oh, they're annoying" and then for no other reason proceed to bash. That's what bugs me. People diss them but do they actually know a damned thing about them? And I mean REALLY know, not just stupid s**t like they sang All the Things She Said or one's named Lena and the other's (Y)Julia. It's fine if you don't like their music and it's fine if you hate them for real things they've done or said (not hear-say, not twisting anything around, and NOT ANY S**T THEIR F**KING PRODUCERS/MANAGERS DID either) but to just dismiss them as annoying and therefor label them ******* is wrong to me. I'm not saying that's what you guys are doing but it certainly feels like it's what you're doing.

I can see I'm gonna have to make a t.A.T.u. Safe Haven as well.

They were so popular in Tokyo in 2003 when they went on tour (during that summer.) Every place I went to, restaurant, shop, etc. they were blasting that "not gonna get us" song and I HATED IT.
Guess what song I downloaded first when I got home? Tatu - Not gonna get us.

um few mounth ago I was at the T.A.T.U concert (can't say that i like them but I got tickets for free) and damn I cahnged my oppinion about them :) theire new album is much better than the previous one... :) also that black haired girls is an awesome actress :) I mean she's just so kakoii on stage.. knows hot to talk to public :) also their new songs have a deeper meening which is awesome too especially to such a group which called themselfs lesbians for popularity (because one of them has a child already...) oh and a band with em... damn :D it sometimes seemed liek you were in a rock concert not pop... :)
 
They are not as interesting as they were before, I think, but they are still popular in Russia. ☝
 
i like them, i prefer the russian songs though (but then again im russian and have a fluent understanding of it:p )
