Whats the difference between those 3 words ?

Is there more words that has the meaning of "home" or "house"?

They are the same (not sure about taku), but in my opinion uchi is used more often because ie sounds similar to iie (no) in Japanese so I thought it could cause confusion to the listeners if you're not speaking fluently

As far as I've noticed :
Uchi(内=inside) is pretty familiar and I've only heard it used for one's own house,
Taku is used in a more formal (お宅=home) and ie (家=house) is used in a variety of context.
Still, some people with more experience than me might be more apt at explaining this matter.

From what I've gathered:
家 is pretty general and can mean any house
宅 (as in お宅) is more specific and is usually referring to someone's house either in the 2nd or 3rd person
内 is used in other contexts, but as far as houses go is only referring to your own house. I've seen 内 used often to just mean "me" or "my family"

In addition,

邸[tei]: This sounds more formal than 宅[taku,] and mostly used with a post's/concrete person's name.
e.g.
首相邸[shushou tei]: The prime minister's residence
田中邸[Tanaka tei]: Tanaka's house


As for うち[uchi,] when used with a pronoun/person's name and the particle の[no,] it's often contracted to んち[nchi] in colloquial conversation.
e.g.
彼のうち[kare no uchi] → 彼んち[kare n chi]
田中さんのうち[Tanaka san no uchi] → 田中さんち[Tanaka san chi]
