According to a study published by Heliyon, the regular consumption of sunomono (酢の物, vinegared sidedishes) correlates with lower blood pressure among older men (40+). Sunomono is a Japanese side dish with rice vinegar and sliced cucumber or seaweed.

My wife has been swearing on vinegar for years. This year, I have given in and started drinking this on a daily basis. Not too bad.

I've had great luck with Losartan Potassium. Bought my reading from 150's over 90's to 120/70 or lower.
