What are they called, because If I ever go to Japan, I"m surely going to one.

Never heard of them or seen them. But please remember you cannot believe everything.. (or many times hardly anything) you see/read on the internet.

I wouldn't be surprised if such a place exists. Whether or not gaijin are allowed in is another question.

I have, however, been to a 'lingerei pub' in roppongi where you 'lick, sip and suck' lime and salt off the girls nipples when the tequila girl does her rounds. There were only Japanese cutomers besides my friends and I , and they only let us in because we spoke Japanese.
