Sore wa, Hana wa, Desuka, Imaska

I'm using rosetta stone Japanese. I'm not quite sure what Sore wa, And Hana wa mean.

As well as desuka and imasuka.

If anyone can help me out here, I'd would appreciate it.

ka = question particle
sore = that (unidentified and away from the speaker)
hana = flower
desu = (to be)
imasu (iru) = to exist (animate/living object)

I thought "kore wa" = That, this.
