Congradulations !!

I do know the feeling !! I wish you all the best as the three of you all grow together !! It's a trial and error thing, this being a father, but it has more advantage in the long run--as I see it. Do your best jiesan san!!

Once again, congrats Jason !! Take good care of your boy

....along with a 1 year supply of extra caffeine enriched coffee to help you get through the days that follow the nights of little or no sleep spent watching the little guy because he's so damn cute.

Congratulations! What have you named your son?

How nice!! Congratulations!!

And I'm also curious about the name of Mystery Boy!!

There is nothing quite so unnerving or humbling as bringing your first child home and realizing there isn't a nurse just a button push away. I think I must have spent half of that first night with my hand on his chest making sure he was still breathing.

Nice work Jiesan -

I was freaked out by the idea babies until I met my nephew. I can imagine becoming a dad now. Good for you !

Me too, one thing I hope jeisan is that you were in the delivery room when the baby was born, I was fortunate to be there for all three of my children and I will NEVER forget the experience of holding that tiny delicate life in my hands.

It was a very humbling experience.

Congratulations again, j!

I wish nothing but the absolute best for all of you.

All this talk about babies is making me feel even more maternal than I already am with three boys.

I'd give anything to bring one home again...

His name is Oliver, if you would check the jpg's name you would've noticed !

Omedetou gozaimasu! :cracker:

It certainly does bring back fond memory of my firstborn (a boy in our case, too)!! (My husband was dragged into the delivery room by the head nurse--against his will--but he says he's glad he did! )

Enjoy your baby--he'll grow up sooner than you think right now!!

Hmmmm...I kind of like that name, you know.....(somehow....)

Oh, congratulations Jeisan! Your son is really cute!

Hell, now that my cat's getting older I get just a bit worried whenever I see her comatose (while fully realizing that she's practically always like that). Lord help me if I ever have a child.

Wow. Congratulations! In the Big Book of Kawaii Akachan, Oliver fits right in! Again, congratulations!

Congratulations jeisan!! What a cute baby he is!

Thanks for sharing your happiness.

thank you all.

and yeah the first night i pretty much just watching him and made sure he was breathing and still alive, now he wakes me up every 2 hours.

does the membership card have a cheat sheet on the back or something?

Hehehe...That sounds like my sister. She was always very self confident
and sure of what was the right thing to do until their first child came along. ☝ I would actually love to have a baby with my b/f but he isn't so keen, doesn't even like loud noises on tv, and I definately don't want to be left trying to bring up a kid not even being in the same country.
