Yes , you could say that. There is even more better for this to mean emotional + important + serious重みのある言葉

Do you have a video covering the adjective to noun conversation using み?
重い→重み, 楽しい can become 楽しみ but I don't think you can convert 美味しい to 美味しみ can you?
