Yeah I was daydreaming that would happen a few days ago I think I would die if they came that would be like omg.

Gaxnela: lol. I found most of the videos on youtube. I was sitting in the 10th row in the middle section, so I was sitting directly in front of the stage and had a perfect view of Gackt, so I would've been able to take some awesome pictures and get some good video clips if I had my camera :[

GuitarAddict: Woahhh...

kridinky: Well, at least they did not confiscate your camera. If they did, imagine the things you have to go through just to claim it back... And I'm sure your camera wouldn't really be taken care properly... There are a lot of pictures by now... ^_^

I don't know if most of you've already seen this but here's 2 backstage clips. Don't watch to far or you'll end up watching Paris Hilton o-o;

www . phamousfotos.com/LimitedAccess/VideoPlayer.html

please, remove the spaces *doesn't have enough posts yet* to watch.
If you don't feel like watching the logo and intro just press the playlist.

Enjoy :3

I just read a story on JAME USA that says Ju-Ken was only supporting S.K.I.N. for their concert, it seems he's not their official bassist =]

Kuroyume

Do you happen to know if there good japan shops in Bonn? we're staying overnight at a hotel and maybe we'll go shopping too:LOL:
Who else is going? It would be fun to invade Bonn altogether in our shiniest outfits haha.

Actually i've never been to Bon before, but i can google for shops and tell you. i mean propably their websites are in German.

charcoal Aww thats a shame... I don't know if I'm gona be able to get there in any case... there is just a small chance that I will be able to persuade my dad to drive me over the border.

Nan Desu Ka Do you think they will be getting a perminant basist then? or just steal ones from other bands occasionally!! It defiantely didnt feel perminant... after all the hyper over anouncing their other members.

every one who posted vids Thanks muchly guys... shall check them out when I have more time!

who knows...I hope they get a full time bassist, but it wouldn't be very easy, all currently active bassists are too busy in their own bands at the moment, so they'd have to go after someone either retired or from a disbanded band...so they'll probly end up just using supporting bassists...the only one I could think of for a full time bassist would be Kisaki from Phantasmagoria, but he's on record stating he's retired from performing/making music forever so who knows XD

Nan Desu Ka: Yeah... It would be nice for S.K.I.N. to get a permanent bassist but I don't think it would happen anytime soon... LOL I thougt about Kisaki too... ^_^

I don't see why they wont get one. It would make a lot more sense and improve their shows. If they are always working with a temporary one their performance wont be as together as if they had a perminant one. I think they'd be making a mistake not to any way... But then again, I'm sure they know best.
Kisaki would be an awesome choice ::misses Phantasmagoria::

CharismaticDeath: Well, I'm sure they would get a permanent bassist... We should just wait for them to settle down... I mean four big people in a band is hard enough to handle... What more if a fith member comes in? Especially if it's Kisaki...

So what do you guys think of the semi fanservice at the concert?
Or even about future fanservice. Heard arguments from both sides:D
I know it's all about the music ( which sounds GREAT btw) but lets face it, a band full of super hot guys? Hard to concentrate only on the music ne?:D

haha i love fanservice haha danm lucky bass...anyways the music was awsome and the guys are hot so thats all that matters to me

"Will Jrockrevolution be in Europ and New York?" "Europe" -- "About Jrockrevolution, i received lots of mails about it in myspace. All people want new japanese bands. I want to help new bands so it's for that i want they go to Europe"

"Next year, it's the 10th anniversary of hide's death, are you going to do something for it?" -- "Just after the death of hide I wanted to do something but I couldn't mentally. But for next year, I'm supported by many artists so i'm going to do it."

Sugizo's thoughts on their performance
SUGIZO here.
Greetings to everyone I've met so far through MySpace! I'm so thankful for the chance to meet and become connected to everybody here. From now on, I plan to use this space to share my thoughts with you. I look forward to coming to understand one another, getting to know each other, and becoming one with you all.

After a period of intense activity, I'm finally able to take a moment to rest. I've been jet-lagged for so long that I wish I could somehow reset my body...

S.K.I.N.'s first concert was held on 6/29 at Long Beach Arena. All sorts of things went wrong, but everything turned out all right in the end and the show was a success. We expected a good turnout, and about 5,000 crazy, totally cool people showed up. Standing before them, I felt like we were able to fill the space with a kind of supreme bliss that was truly something to behold. Considering that information about the show was spread mainly through the Internet, the people who showed up deserve thanks and kisses for their enthusiasm. I think that the bulk of the audience was made up of local fans, but the Japanese fans and those who came from other countries also deserve thanks and kisses for their dedication and love.

I have the greatest respect for the other members of S.K.I.N. I've never before experienced anything like playing with artists possessed of such incredible auras and energy, becoming close to them, creating chemical reactions together. I'm forced to draw upon the deepest reserves of my own potential as an artist. I can't contain my excitement at the birth of a group who creates music and expression that is so thrilling and so full of pleasure, and I'm confident that we're going to evolve into an amazing band.

I really felt that music began uniting us all into one. Before my eyes, barriers of nationality, language, politics, and ideals were being smashed by the power of sound. S.K.I.N. expressed Japan and Asia's point of view, while each member of the audience transmitted the consciousness of their own country and culture. Differences ceased being important. Through music, people of different tongues, skin colors, customs, and religions become one.

You know what else I think? Our differences are wonderful and beautiful. What I've been seeking for so long is finally approaching. Rather than politics, war, or the desire for personal gain, I truly believe that music and the dreams we all hold dear are the forces that will unite the world. I can't wait to see what is coming.

Right now, S.K.I.N. is planning all sorts of things. Please wait for further updates!

The day after our intense concert, I stopped by Long Beach Arena a second time to see Ms. Anna Tsuchiya's show and watch Ju-Ken, the amazing bassist who played with us the night before, perform again. Of course I've known who Anna was for a long time, but I'd never seen her live before. She's a wonderful, sexy Rock'n Roll muse - I had no idea that such a charismatic pop artist existed in Japan! Wow. Now I'm a huge fan!

After that, I decided to see what was going on at ANIME EXPO. It was much larger and more exciting that I had thought, and I was reminded anew of the importance of Japanese culture and the influence it has. I had a really great time - there was even stuff from "Ghost in the Shell," which I love! I also want to say thank you to all the fans who took the time to come up and talk to me there.

And amongst all these other events, I've become one year older. Actually, growing older no longer scares me. Instead, I'm grateful that I've been able to live my life so far according to my own values. From now on, I'm going to live being true to myself while spreading even more energy than before.

I hope that all of us can walk on together forever.

SUGIZO
