there's nothing I like more than turning someone on to a great band. J-rock is just amazing, it truly brings me so much happiness and connects all these people from all over the world, I just cant say enough about how wonderful it is, to someone like myself who suffers depression Jrock is my saving grace, I can just listen to my favorite songs and smile, even if just for a few minutes, and that is something I am truly thankful for. Right now I'm listening to my favorite singer Hyde and his voice just melts me...he's such a beautiful person, I could truly listen to him for hours and hours

^ I totally agree with you! I love music and it's my passion.. But Jrock is really different and it touches my soul in a whole new way! Lots of people say I'm stupid because I listen to a language that I don't understand.. But to me its the music and not the lyrics that actually touches the heart.. Although understanding the lyrics makes it much more touching.. XD

My parents say I immerse myself too much in Jrock.. they dont understand! It's not because of pretty-looking jrockers or fancy clothes that makes me like Jrock.. but the beautiful music!

Today yet another friend who said "They're GAY" .. uggh.. I wish they could really open their eyes ..(and ears!) and not judge them on their appearances.. At least.. a little RESPECT wouldn't hurt.. T.T

E-X-A-C-T-L-Y!!! It was so right I had to spell it out letter by letter lol. My friends/family just cant seem to understand why I like it and listen so much, but it's not about the lyrics at all for me, I don't need to understand what someone is singing to feel the emotion in the song, the music is what it's about and a good singer makes it even better. Perfect example: (for me at least) Hyde. L'arc~en~Ciel and Hyde songs like, Jyoujoshi, Ophelia, My Dear, My Heart Draws a Dream, Shallow Sleep, Evergreen, Shining Over You, etc, even though I cant understand what Hyde is singing, those are some of my favorite songs ever because of the beauty and emotion in the message of the music and hyde's singing.

they did solo projects but they didn't break up, they have released two singles this year with two more singles and an album before the end of the year.

Hyde is really stepping it up this year, he's been singing better then ever, I've heard a good amount of their new stuff from their concerts. The new album titled "Kiss" is shaping up to be one of their best ever! =D

honestly I'm not sure, I just found those on a live journal page and all that was said about them was that they are from Siva's vocalist's former band

holy hell I'm totally spazzing right now!!! I got a reply email from Iori!!! OMG I'm spazzing bigtime lol. I really didn't think I would get a reply from any of them but just now I checked my inbox and it was there!!!

He said that coming from a fellow guitarist my words of kindness and support meant very much to him. He also said that his grandfather is American so he comes to America every summer to visit him, (I'm thinking that's why he can reply to our english emails) but he also wants to come with Siva to perform live in America some day. After that he said that American music really inspired him. Then he said to please wait for the day that Siva can come to USA and you can see us play our music!!!! And lastly he said "Thank you for the email!"
