If you watch Aki in the Chapter 1 PV, it's really cool. Cause he's throwing in such weird moves. XD
 
Yeah...I really like him there!But his moves are great in every other PV I've watched (Well I must say I saw only Otegami, Ajisai, Hosoikoe, Sweet? and Chapter 1)!I realy like this band but I lack for theri songs!
If someone would upload I would sent him Aki for B-day!!!*-*

Ohs, I heard in the Gothic & Lolita Bible Volume 16, the people had to draw their "princess" [and Mana drew himself. XD].

Hey everyone...

I'm pretty new into SID...(thanks to Aki...I found a picture of him accidentally and I fell in love with him^^)
I just listened to some songs of them...and I really like it...they're cool...and I hope to get more information about them in this thread^^

Today I got a magazine, I ordered and there's an article of SID in it...so maybe if I have time, I'll try to translate the article (it's in german) and scan the pictures, if you want me to do so

Way from Visual Kei - SID

It's not long ago SID was founded and even less time has passed since their Major-Debut. Although a steep careerlooms for the four boys, but let's start from the beginning.
2003 founded singer Mao, his real name is Masao Yamaguchi, and bassist Aki, or Akihito Ichiki, how his parents named him, the band SID. Short after that guitarist Shinji Ninomiya and Yuuya Shirato completed the group and started their Majorcareer under one of the biggest Visual-Kei /J-Rock-Lables in Japan. SID already has differed since that time through their jazzy sound from other Visual Kei bands and could save a big fanbase, which made them the big successes possible.(not really sure about that sentence) But singer Mao was never really happy with the Visual Kei image and tried at the beginning to break out of their Visual Kei clichﾃｩ, so that SID could be
successful with its totally own sound.(not sure about that sentence too)
2006 it was finally ready. The band made with the fith single "Sweet?" a pretty Visual Kei untypicall single and could with a certain dominated blues sound advance into the japanese Major scene. Since then the band has pretty noticeable success in the Oricon charts. Almost all following singles were placed in the upper third of the ranking list and the seventh single "chapter 1" was even in the top 10, which is not a implicitness for such a young band with Visual Kei roots. The four musicians reached noticeable successes live too. Since their foundation they're permanent on tour and made it indeed that all their concerts aer sold out. Even in the United States, when they performed at the Anime- and Manga-convention "Anime Central", they could win a big amount of fans by their special sound and cool show. Thank to their new image and their innovative ideas SID are on the best way to become the band, that they ever wanted to be, and when it goes on like that, then it won't be the last time that we heard from the four Ex-Visus.

So that was it...I hope everything is right...there are also some characteristics...I'll translate them later
 
your welcome and SID does have diaries, but you can only view them if your a member of their fanclub which you have to have a japanese address to join =(.

I think that Smile will be a very upbeat happy song like Sweet? and hanabira will be a softer sadder kind of song like Chapter 1
