She'll be/get/become better soon

Dear native English speakers,
Which would be used?
(a) Don't worry. She'll be better soon.
(b) Don't worry. She'll get better soon.
(c) Don't worry. She'll become better soon.

"Become" sounds odd in that context, and I don't think it's correct. There are some exceptions, but "become" is usually used for a noun changing into another noun.

"I want to become a teacher."
"She became a doctor after years of study."
"She became a mother when her son was born."
"His hammer became a piece of junk when he snapped it in half."

Usually, "become" and "turn into" mean the same thing.

Regarding (c) I think it's grammatically correct. An adjective can come after "become."
And there are many examples like this one if you Google "become better soon."

I believe you can say "It has become warmer." or "It became dark".

Yeah, I think my aversion to using "become" with adjectives is probably just stylistic now that I think about it. For what it's worth, I don't think "become warmer", "become darker", etc sounds off at all, though I would still be more likely to use "get".
