I noticed this site has a seti team... what's the purpose of joining a team for seti? If someone completed 500 units, does this contribute 500 units to the team?

Oh, right. Sorry about not noticing this thread before, Erik. Busy times. :)

When you join a team, your units will be added to the total of that team. Even if you transfer from another team. You do get to keep your own individual units, even when you quit the team.

Ah ic... I think I have almost 7000 units...I'm not in a team at this moment.
