Well, I was thinking of getting one of those school uniforms for boys that are seen in alot of animes and mangas and I assume that they are used mostly in "real-japan" too ;))
This is mostly because I think they look pretty good and "clean" and they are japanese, but also because I was thinking of using if for cosplay this summer ^__~
Anyhow, What I'm woundering now is what to think about if I am to buy one, what about measurements, quality etc?
I live in Sweden(Northern Europe) so I probably have to order it on internet so I would also like to know if you have any trustworthy sites for people who can make these kind cloth and is reliable. I might look crap in it but hey, it's worth a shot ^__^
Please share your information about these so that I can get a general idea.

It is being called : Gakuren.
you can buy it on J-list: StackPath * pretty expensive here though*
or you can buy it here Gakuran--Japanese Traditional School Uniform which is a bit cheaper
Gakuran
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Japanese high school students in uniform. The boys in this picture are wearing gakuran. The gakuran(学ラン) is the uniform for middle school and high school boys in Japan. It is usually worn at an all-boys school, and the color is normally black but some schools have navy and dark blue color as well.

The top has a standing collar and it button downs from the top to bottom. Buttons are usually decorated with the school emblem. The pants are straight leg and are one color, and a black or dark colored belt is worn with them. Boys usually wear penny loafers or sneakers with this uniform. Some schools may have the students wear on the collar pins representing the school and/or class rank. In manga and anime, the gakuran of protagonists or tough-guy characters may be notably different, with a distinctly lengthened or shortened jacket length, or a distinctive color.

The second button of the top of a male's uniform is often given away to the girl who likes him, and is considered a way of confession. Other buttons may be given away if more than one girl asked for it.

The Gakuran is derived from Prussian army uniforms.

I got one day detension after going to school with my bontan on when I was in my junior high school. Bontan is a sort of buggy pants, which was out of my school regulation.
Lots of highschool gals' photos on the internet, however some boys are also stupid to wear out-of-regulation school uniforms.
I don't know much about anime, but I highly doubt the uniform you want is a bit different from standard uniform.
When you find a reliable agent to ship uniform to your country, ask them what you really want.
a bit different school pants
