Sapporo's Weather

My and the girlfriend are thinking of heading over to Hokkaido (specfically Sapporo) next week. Am I right in thinking its fairly warm right now? That being, a light jacket will do?

hahaha...I came back from Sapporo in January...temperature is still at -6ﾂ≫?ｹ to -10ﾂ≫?ｹ ;-) DRESS WARM !!!! FYI Sapporo is Japan's wintersports nﾂ≫?ｹ1 place to be !! There will be snow until late march - begin april...JAPAN is NOT Thailand my friend ;-)
