You have traffic lights for trivial side roads, traffic lights for T-sections, traffic lights for expressway exits. All having tirvial trafffic most of the time. They all timed patterns. Hopefully with this change to makinjg bicycles being covered by traffic laws it will make Japanese complain a lot more about these traffic and people slowing menaces.
