And you're so right about Hyde and the mic that was my favourite part out of the whole thing.....Hyde has a very intimate relationship with dear maiku, i think, cause he's always making out with it and doing other hot things with the mike stand. As anyone who's seen the Niji PV would know

Women can wear pants now without people getting up in arms but it wasn't always that way. For a woman to wear pants was down right scandalous back in the day just as much so as men in skirts is today. I don't think gender and personal style have (or should have) anything to do with each other. I think one should be allowed to dress in the clothes they like not the clothes stereotyped to their gender.
And yes, Mana does still dress the way he wants to off stage. I refuse to say he dresses as a woman because I don't think that's fair. If you see a woman in pants, with no makeup, and short hair do you call her a "guy" or say she's "dressing as a guy"? Not typically no, although the phrase "Tom Boy" is still used a lot and in the aforementioned phrases' stead (which, again, I think is unfair). I think it's inequitable that women are allowed more freedom in their fashion sense then men.
You will also find that in Japan gender stereotyping, although it does happen (Oh, LORD, does it!), is very different then in other places of the world.

Hate to bring stuff back up, but I seriously have to thank you for this. I have a real large issue (more like a vendetta really) with gender roles, especially stupid clothing ones. It's a nice relief to see or hear about people thinking the way you do. Mind you, it's almost become expected of JRock fans for me for understandable reasons, but, still...^^;;

Also, I love your icon. So adorable! xD

And not to sound like some gay rights preacher or anything, people can't act 'gay'. There is no set standard for gay men. Not all gay men are feminine and flamboyant and not all feminine and flamboyant men are gay. In which, that's what I'm assuming you meant by 'gay'.

I just got my Kagen no Tsuki DVD today off e-bay! *SQUEES* It was Such a beautiful story. Yes, I cried. And, as I promised, I'm going to do my best to rip it and see about subtitling it on my own, cause I don't know how to rip it with subtitles incorporated. I've not reached that level of Geek yet. I don't even know if it can be done.

If you all have DVD burners, I'll just copy and zip the files and host them so you can burn it to DVD. No conversion needed.

Yes, it does already come with subtitles, but you have to choose the option. I don't know if I can rip it with the subtitles, though, cause they are a programmed in option, they aren't photoshopped to the scenes like in fansubs. So, you might have to wait until I can do some photoshop magic if I can't get it ripped with subtitles.

As for songs, I have over 245 Laruku songs and a few Hyde songs. I suppose I could wrap them all up in a .rar file and post them... if you want them, that is. (If you don't have winrar, lemme know and I'll post the link to that, too.)

For those of you who have torrent clients (Azureus, BitLord, Shareaza, etc) I have uploaded Kagen no Tsuki, and you can download the torrent file here (Last Quarter DVD). I am currently seeding, and stuff, all you really need is the torrent client to download it, and a DVD burner to watch it (or a converter to convert the .VOB files to .AVI or whatever you want to convert it to). I hope you enjoy. There's also a burn order list on it to get the files in the correct order if you're clueless like I am with burning things. Yes, I am very clueless... on a lot of things. (No comments from the peanut gallery.)
