He looks so cute in Kagen no Tsuki....i really want to watch that movie, and not just because Hyde's in it...the story sounds interesting. Does anyone know where i can find it online? I know it's probably on yesasia....is there anywhere else though?

BLAH! Please don't beat me. That first link was... well, it was the manga... all .PNG images. I've been assured that this is the right link for the movie. I'm downloading it now, and I'll update when I watch it. :p I should have paid attention. Instead of 85.42 MB, I thought the first file was 854.2 MB. See... that's what I get for trying to download something in the middle of the night and no sleep. *Blames her Dyslexia again...cause its easier than stupidity*

Kagen no Tsuki ~Last Quarter~ was also released in the USA on July 4th. You can get it at amazon.com

And yes, I do believe there was a DVD released of "666" but I am not 100% sure.

I think he makes a beautiful woman. I mean, both Guy-Hyde and Chick-Hyde are gorgeous but I just have a special and very soft spot for Chick-Hyde.
 
I prefer Guy-Hyde more, perhaps it's due to me knowing about him only more recently. :D The first concert video i caught was AWAKE and I thought, wow this dude's cool! then watched SMILE, woah, he looks doubly good in long hair! and going back much more... it was kinda a surprise (hmmm, maybe more like a shock at that time) that he looks a lot like a girl and a pretty good lookin one for the matter!

But right now, I'd say Hyde looks amazing for his age :)
 
I first saw him in "Moon Child." I don't really remember what my first reaction to Chick-Hyde was. By the time I saw Laruku's Indies Days I was pretty deep in my Visual Kei phase (NOT SAYING LARUKU IS VISUAL KEI!!!) so it wasn't really shocking or anything, which is probably why I don't remember all that well.
 
Ok, really newbie question coming up, so be warned: what's visual kei? I've heard people use it in relation to bands like Dir en Grey, but still don't know what it really means....

I am sad today. My uncle died yesterday :( :( Anyone got Hyde pictures?
 
Okay. I'm glad I took those spanish lessons since I was 6, but not certain if that's going to do anyone else any good for the Kagen no Tsuki link. All subtitles were in spanish, though it is an awesome movie. BUT... to pay for my tease, I have bought the actual DVD, and as soon as it arrives, I will see about ripping it and uploading it. Might take me awhile, as I have to figure out how to do such a thing, but I'm good at technical stuff (its just common sense that I lack.)

Visual Kei literally means Visual Style. It's a term used for bands that put great emphasis on the visual side of performing music. There are many sub-genres of Visual Kei because the styles can be so diverse from band to band. Visual Kei usually implies intricate costumes, hair styles, and makeup as well as more theatrical stage play then you would normally find with typical rock bands.
The best example of Visual Kei, in my opinion, is Malice Mizer. Although X (Japan) started the whole "Visual Shock" thing one of the first bands to take the idea and really run with it was Malice Mizer.
Oh, another thing, (with the exception of Oshare Kei bands like An Cafe) Visual Kei artists tend to deal with darker, more sinister and extreme themes like vampirism and the macabre in general. These themes lend themselves more to the heightened theatrical feel of Visual Kei then, say, "oh, she broke my heart" or "let's PARTY!" songs.
Sometimes it can be hard to define what is and what isn't Visual Kei and weird grey areas have therefore arisen, like Dir en grey for instance. Be careful when calling a "grey area" band Visual because some people view the genre in a very negative light and will bite your head off for it (hence why I had to clarify that I was not calling Laruku Visual Kei). Because the genre is so extreme many people actively hate it and it's fans. I, personally, luffle Visual Kei.

Oh wow, great pictures! That picture of Hyde and the too-tall mic stand is very funny :D and Hyde's tongue should be illegal! ^^

Oh, and thanks for explaining what visual kei means Hyde :) I'm not sure how i feel about it yet....personally i think Malice Mizer was a bit disturbing. but maybe light visual kei is ok? I'll think about it ;)
 
Am I the only one who hears a French accent coming through Hyde's lips when he sings Angel's Tale? Its just on certain words, but its so precious. Kinda makes me do the unsightly fangirl squeal. 😊

That's not the only line of The Cape of Storms that I thought sounded French in accent, but yeah, I know what you mean. But, its still SO precious!
