Rice I've bought today

Greetings to all.
I live in Portugal, and I have found today a AsianGrocery, that sell many goods from Japan. I don't know what most of the goods are, because there's no translation, and the employes are not very friendly T_T. So, I've bought this pack of rive .
Is it any good? Can someone tell me how to make a pure, traditional Japanese bowl of rice?

your best bet is a rice cooker if you want a good bowl of rice. I'd suggest looking on the bag for an indicator of WHERE the rice was grown. The fact that the bag is in portugese suggests that the rice was grown locally, rather than imported. Shouldn't make a huge difference, just a thought.
