Please, help me! I wanna to buy home in Japan (house or apartment). I find some real estate companies, and saw prices for estates is OK. But, I don't know can I buy in Japan, because I haven't Japanese citizenship, and if I have home in Japan, get I Japanese citizenship or permanent residence?

You can buy without citizenship, but it provides no benefit toward obtaining citizenship or permanent residence.
