My name is Udofot Oton, and I live in London, United Kingdom. I invested in RAZE TV Inc. in 2006 as a shareholder. In September 2022, I was contacted by Shoji Group, 7F, KS Building 4-5-20 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, offering to buy the shares for their client.
I should therefore be grateful if your organisation would help confirm:
Thanks for your cooperation.

An organisation by name, Commission Of International Investment, Japan, address: 7F Kojimachi Place, 2-14-6 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 02-0083, wrote to confirm that Soji Group was fully regulated and licensed by them as merger and acquisition entity. And that they have given Shoji Group authorisation to contact registered shareholders with regards to acquisition of Raze TV Incorporated. The Director General of Commission Of International Investment, Mr. Hirato Shuzo, also sent me a notarised "insured payment guarantee" for the proceed of my shares.
On the basis of the above assurance, I agreed and paid them the requested $7,000 on 10th October 2022 as a "re-certification fee". After receipt of the money, I was informed that there were warrants attached to my shares and I have to exercise the warrants with the sum of $23,600. This raised the question: why was I not informed initially about the warrants?
