I sit now at an Internet Kiosk at Narita Int'l Airport. I will be leaving for my brother"s wedding in about 3 hours. This keyboard is american style, which I"m not used to, so it"s really hard to type.

I really don"t like airports...I hope to post again soon.

Good bye everyone for now! Fare thee well, Japan! I know I"ll miss you!

Sorry, my time ran out and I didn^t have any more coins on me!

Glenn, you have the wrong brother! That brother got married last Christmas in Taipei. This brother is getting married in St. Louis. Confusing, huh?

So I just realized that on American keyboards, the Enter key is really really small, so I usually end up hitting the [ key or ] key or sometimes even the \ key. Also the apostrophe is in a different place. It^s been a long time since I^ve typed on such a keyboard. I^m afraid that if I get too used to it, I&ll have a hard time readjusting when I get back.

I really don&t like airports, though. I was conditioned to hate them back when I was engaged, once upon a time. Now I dislike them for a different reason, but I still don&t like them.

Oh well, that^s life, I suppose.

Well, I hope your stay there goes smoothly and quickly.

St. Louis, eh? Sounds nice. You get to go right to the heart of the country. I have a wedding next weekend back home to go to. My sister's getting married. How long are you going to be there?

Yeah, wow. You're gonna be exhausted by the time you get back (probably before then). Plus you have to go from Narita back to Mikawa. Well, have fun!

Yeah, I'm not really fond of visiting the States for just that reason. The kicker is that I have to work the next day after I get back. But I figure I should be back in my apartment by about 8 or 9 o;clock, so at least I;ll be able to sleep...except that I'll probably be all sleeped out from the plane! :) hahaha

More thoughts:

I saw the first truly obese person in Japan today. Yes, at a restaurant here in the airport. She was caucasion. She was big. I couldn't believe it; I'd forgotten how big people can get!

My time is almost up, and I don't have any more coins, so I shall have to bid you a fond adieau for now. Thanks, Glenn, for helping me pass the time!

Sayonara! (This computer can't type in Japanese. I feel like I've left Japan already!)
