Can you pay the Rakuten Credit card bill from abroad? I have the card and have a job offer outside of Japan, but I hope to still use this credit card for a number of reasons (especially so I can use the Japanese iTunes store!). The only thing I could think of is leaving my Japanese bank account open, but is that possible if I am no longer a resident?? I actually would ideally like to close the bank account and continue using the card but paying online perhaps... 窶督ウ窶板昶?堋ゥ窶堙?..

Do you mean that you want to change the registered bank account?

Yes, you can leave the bank account open

if you don't have mobile contracts or electric bills... that are automatically deducted from your bank account, i think it's ok to leave it there. sometimes I go back to Korea, and totally can use my Sumitomo credit cards links to Yucho bank account without any problems.

and you still can purchase on rakuten by foreign credit card, though.
