I don't quite understand the concept of the Japanese literature system, From my knowledge there are 3 writing systems in 1: Hiragana, Katakana, And Kanji.
Is there a general reason for 3 writing's in 1?
Before anyone gets the wrong idea about this. This is a legit question, not trying to say the jap's are ***** or such.
I know it's not your intention to be misunderstood, then I'd like to suggest you to NOT use the word "Jap" which most people find very offensive. To type the full word "Japanese" does not take so much time.
