Hahaha... it's a good question! In Japan, people regard social human relations as family sometimes. Boss is "Oyaji : father" or "Ofukuro : mother" , senior is "Aniki : oleder brother" or "Aneki : oleder sister", and junior is "Otouto : younger broyher" or "Imouto : younger sister". Of cource they are not real family.
