Proof that some people have great ideas!

Now that is really something! What a great idea. There truely still are ways to make alot of money on the internet. Gotta give him credit for such an ingenious idea.
 
That site is crazy! It seems like it would be a bit of a hassle to find anything there, but I guess it just takes some getting used to.

I'm impressed with this guy, though. Maybe I should try lying in bed thinking about how to make some money....
 
That is clever! It sounded like something that's been done already when I read the article, but the photo of the site doesn't look like it at all.

Very cool.
 
Coming from a hopeless cynic such as myself, even I was impressed with what that lad cooked up. Color me impressed. Every time I lay in bed and think about making money, those fantasies often involve winning the lottery, robbing banks or becoming a drug kingpin. Kudos to that guy and his ingenuity!

I just thought it was awesome. I mean I am like you Jeff...I am always thinking of ways to make money, but they include the usual thoughts...I would have never come up with that!

Reminds me of a story about Henry Ford hiring an efficiency expert to go through the company and make recommendations. The expert reported that he had passed by the office of one fellow and found him leaned back in his chair with his feet on his desk and recommended that Ford fire him. Ford told him the guy had once had an idea that saved the company a million dollars (back when that was real money, remember).....and that his feet had been on his desk then, too.
 
Why would people pay hundreds or thousands of dollars to place an ad on a site with no specific content when they could make their own such website or advertise on Google or targeted websites ?

You know that's exactly what I thought... I wouldn't waste money to advertise on that site... it would be a waste... i mean the guy was clever in hustling the companies out of their stupidity yeah... i will grant him that

you know granted this guy had a nice idea... but personally i think that if i had a company i wouldnt advertise in a site like that... i think he was smart at explotiing the naivite of others...

making money is not so difficult, find a great idea * and a lawyer*, or make a wise investment.
 
I suppose it's a good idea in the sense that it made him money. Whether it's a good idea in the sense that it does anything useful, however...

I'd never heard about the site until now, and now that I've heard about it and know what it is, I don't care to see it. But one opinion doesn't matter when there's money to be made.

Well, I think it's part of the sheep instinct. People tend to do/want what others do/have.

I doubt he'll come up with other 'inventive' ideas though.
